Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Document business requirements and process flows
- Support solution design and vendor evaluation
- Create functional specifications and user stories
- Assist with UAT, change management, and go-live support
Requirements
- 3+ years as a business or systems analyst
- Experience in banking, government, or telecom preferred
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus
